Tonkovich has been with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources for over 26 years and currently holds the title of Deer Program Administrator. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management from the Ohio State University and earned both his Master’s and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Fisheries and Wildlife Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
