Duckworth Adds New 100% Merino Wool Knit Homespun Hat

BOZEMAN, Mont. – Duckworth, the world’s only source-verified, single-origin Merino Wool apparel company, is excited to announce the addition of its new Knit Homespun Hat. Made of Merino Wool grown in Montana and knitted in Wyoming, the Knit Homespun Hat is the epitome of Duckworth’s Sheep to Shelf™ supply chain. It’s available in three colors for $49 at https://www.duckworthco.com.

“Our new Knit Homespun Hat is ready for the rugged wilds of the Rocky Mountains and down time around town,” said Mike Somerby, Director of Marketing at Duckworth. “Because the sheep on our ranch are bred to produce Merino Wool with a higher comfort factor, it provides an excellent layer of warmth that’s still breathable, soft and itch-free. It’s fits right in with the rest of our lineup of premium Merino apparel.”

The Knit Homespun Hat starts with raw Merino Wool fibers grown in the mountains of Southwest Montana, on Duckworth’s home ranch and in the adjacent prairie. It’s then knitted at Mountain Meadow Wool Mill, a heritage, family-operated wool shop located in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin. The result is a 100% Merino Wool hat imbued with the spirit of the Greater Yellowstone region.

The Knit Homespun Hat is available in Orange, Black and Natural colors with a leather Duckworth patch for $49 at https://www.duckworthco.com/products/knit-homespun-hat.
