Your hosts Tom and BJ Gray grew up in the area you will fish in. Tom has fished the river system since the early 1970's. Starting a reindeer herd in the early 1980's put Tom in rural Alaska year around. In the mid 1990's the herd crashed (today we have 100+ reindeer) and we decided to put our efforts into fishing and hunting. This has kept us in the Alaskan country all of our lives. |
