 Non-residents wishing to hunt OTC archery deer in Arizona can purchase their 2023 tag online at 12:00 AM December 1st MST. This is the first year that Arizona has implemented a cap on the number of tags available to Non-residents (2,890). Because this is the first year the cap has been utilized it is unknown how quickly the quota will be reached.
