Our drive/fly-in option is achieved by driving yourself to the south end of Reindeer Lake, Southend, SK. This is done by flying in to Saskatoon, renting a SUV and driving approximately 6 hours north to Southend (or, we can quote a shuttle at your request). From there you will choose to board a Tate Island Lodge chartered float plane to Tate Island Lodge or ride in our well equipped Hewescraft boat up to the lodge. The lesser rate is for the boat, the slightly more expensive rate is for the float plane. The float plane ride is 30 minutes, the boat is a scenic 2 hours. Dates are flexible, contact us to discuss your dates. Our 5 day, 6 (or 5) night trip using the boat-in option is $2950 USD plus tax and our 5 day, 6 (or 5) night trip using the float plane option is $3400 USD plus taxes.
