The pistol rack is designed to fit most revolvers, semi-auto, compact, sub-compact, and full-size pistols. For snub-nose and sub-compact hand guns, mount behind the trigger. This rack is great for utilizing dead space in your safe, under a desk, or other easy to access locations.
Note: For Glock models 23 and below, sub-compact 1911s, and other similar guns without space behind the trigger, the rack needs to be turned to a 45 degree angle and gun should be hung barrel down resting on the grip and hook at the top of the slide. This method can also be used for staggering to fit more guns on the safe door. If you have a pistol with a 6 inch or longer barrel or with a scope, the bull pup rack may be better suited to store your gun.
