The Rag horn AR-15 Mag carrier was designed with three things in mind: retain your magazine, hold tight to your belt/system, and take up as little real estate as possible on your waist line. Like our Spike Mag carrier, we’ve incorporated the Manual Retention Device (MRD) that generates “squeeze” on the magazine from the front to the back as opposed to side to side. This is excellent for customizing your retention while using a variety of magazines such as Magpul, Hexmag, GI mags and others. We pair the magazine shell with the ultra-tough Tek Lok which utilizes a double locking mechanism that WILL NOT inadvertently release from the belt. It’s also adjustable to accommodate belts from 1.5” up to 2.5”. Lastly, we’ve made this thing ambidextrous and as low profile as possible so you can fit more gear on your belt.
