The Scorpion EVO started it all. And the current pistol models include design refinements, making them better than ever. The Pistol is a semi-auto version of the popular Scorpion EVO 3 A1 – a compact pistol-sized platform with plenty of firepower.

The Scorpion’s latest 3+ generation series maintains the core design that made these 9mm weapons famous while incorporating many customer-requested enhancements. The new Scorpion 3+ Micro and Pistol models are better than ever! Scorpion 3+ updates include AR-style an ambidextrous mag release and bolt catch for left- and right-hand shooters. Improved sights and upgraded grip ergonomics offer the user an exceptional shooting experience while its redesigned, straightened grip eliminates issues with the thumb safety. An enhanced M-LOK handguard uses polymer, reducing heat transfer to the supporting hand. And the 3+ pistols re-engineered magwell has a recessed front radius on the lower receiver, adding more purchase on the handguard with gloved hands. 

The compact Scorpion 3+ Micro sports a 4.2-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with a threaded muzzle for adding a suppressor. It uses the same fiber-reinforced polymer 20-round magazine as the larger models. The Micro weighs 4.7-pounds, making it light and maneuverable yet heavy enough to absorb recoil for fast follow-up shots. Adjustable grips customize the Micro’s fit while ambidextrous controls accommodate all operators. 

With a 7.8-inch barrel, the Scorpion 3+ Pistol achieves outstanding ballistic performance. It squeezes more velocity from the popular 9mm cartridge than standard “pistol-length” barrels. Still, the Pistol is only 15.2-inches in length, keeping it compact and handy for close-quarter use. The Pistol tips the scales at a mere 5.2-pounds, striking the perfect balance between handling, performance and control. 

Scorpion 3+ mags are backwards compatible and will work with the previous generation of Scorpions. CZ Scorpion 3+ magazines have added a recessed texture for positive purchase during reloads. Users will also notice a notch in the magazine that accommodates the new 3+ mag release.
