Wild Boar Ribs with BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs wild boar ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the wild boar ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the ribs in a roasting pan or baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
- In a small saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and uncover. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes per side, brushing with additional BBQ sauce as needed, until they are caramelized and charred in spots.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
Enjoy your Wild Boar Ribs with BBQ Sauce!
