Located in the beautiful Elands River Valley is Elands River Safaris. We are a short 45-minute drive from the friendly city of Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. The area is malaria free and within easy driving of numerous tourist attractions such as the world renowned Addo Elephant National Park, top private natures reserves, the stunning Garden Route and the Baviaanskloof world heritage wilderness area.
Rich in natural and historical diversity, our concessions lie between the iconic Cockscombe and Winterberg mountains. Bushpig, Baboon and Bushbuck dwell in the forests and shy Leopards still roam the valleys whilst Blesbuck, Eland, Mountain Zebra and Impala and other game range on the grasslands, through endemic fynbos and riverine valleys. Deep in the valleys, along the Bulk River will you find that old elusive kudu bull.
