Krazy Beaver Tools, LLC provides quality tools for the Outdoors Enthusiast.
The name Krazy Beaver came about when Jason and a friend were off-roading in an area west of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho known as the Rio Puerco. Jason’s friend made the comment that he needed to name the shovel something that people wouldn’t forget. He asked Jason what the tool looked like. He responded with, “A Beaver Tail”. Hence the name “Beaver”.
After off-roading, Jason was at a restaurant and began pondering the patent pending shovel. He thought it was “Crazy” that the shovel had never been submitted to the USPTO over the course of the last Century. It was that idea that led to the name “Krazy Beaver™”. Jason has since filed for the Trademarked name “Krazy Beaver™” through the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the rest is history!

Hello fellow sportsmen and women! This site is about everything outdoors, and me sharing my knowledge with you. I love the outdoors, and I have a wealth of experience in outdoor activities which includes hunting, fishing, survival skills, camping, canoeing, and primitive living. I have a passion for enjoying the outdoors around us, as well as the family aspects of the sporting life; my blog is all about this topic.
My goal is to pass along my knowledge and thoughts to you, as well as our future generations. My passion is to get young people interested and involved in outdoor activities, and to preserve the wild places that remain in our world. I want our future generations to have the opportunity to experience true wilderness experiences; the pristine Rocky Mountains untouched by man, the northern woods and lakes where a person can explore the wilderness for days by canoe, the preserved watersheds where a young hunter can shoot her first duck, the small trout stream where a boy catches his first fish.
On a larger scale, we have to preserve the places where a hunt presents the life-and-death challenges that only true wilderness will provide, that is what adventure is all about. This site is about developing you into the total outdoors man or woman, to be able to survive any situation, to know how to hunt and fish, to be aware of environmental issues that impact us all, and most importantly, to encourage you and everyone around you to get our next generations into the outdoors. Tackle Store: Extensive selection of salt water and fresh water tackle. Very knowledgeable staff with a lot of fishing experience in and around the southern California area. We also offer in house rod and reel repair as well as custom rod building.
In-Store Seminars: We have seminars at our location in the evenings on various fishing related topics.
Boat Work/Installation: We perform a wide range of work on clients' boats, including but not limited to supply and installation of bait tanks, anchor winches, and electronics. Also we specialize in fabrication and welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and starboard. Additional things we fabricate here are rod holders, tackle stations, dash boards, etc. etc.
Charter Boats / Breakaway Sportfishing: We run two 6-pack charter boats, a 37' twin-diesel Topaz and a 44' twin-diesel Pacifica. When the sun rose on the first family campers in America, Wenzel was there. We were there because we had been working hard for years protecting the brave explorers and pioneers that helped make America a place that we can take our families camping.
The world has ‘progressed’ a lot since the early days of Wenzel. We live in a society riddled with technological advances, computers and 24 / 7 internet connectivity.
